| At Fred Devine Diving and Salvage Co. we have been surveying ships and providing both video and written reports to owners, underwriters and concerned since 1913. During World War II we assisted the war effort by inspecting every ship launched from the Portland-Vancouver shipyards. Over the years, our company's experience, reputation and technical ability has continued to grow. Today we are a recognized leader in ship survey, with inspections ranging from dry-dock blocking to grounded supertankers. Our Audio and video technology provides constant communication between diver and deck. This allows the diver to become a natural extension of those on the surface. In addition to divers we have our own R.O.V. unit to accommodate those special situations. Using divers is a reliable, proven and cost effective way to determine the extent of potential costly repairs in advance. Our expertise along with detailed reporting provides owners with the information necessary to make knowledgeable business decisions. |
