In the challenging field of dam construction and inspection, we built a solid foundation of knowledge and experience.

We have been doing dam inspections for over eighty-eight years, and during that time Fred Devine Diving and Salvage Co. has participated in a variety of projects. Some of sites are Bonneville, The Dalles, Dave Johnson Plant, John Day, Ice Harbor, Little Goose, Lower Monumental, McNary and Swift Creek.

For the Bonneville Dam on the Columbia River, we supplied all the underwater technicians and attendant personnel during it construction. Since the 1930's it has passed every inspection and is still considered a major engineering feat.
